Main responsibilities:

Liaise with NUS Scotland as the prime contact on behalf of Forth Valley College Students Union for enquiries at regional and national level.

Attend NUS Annual Conference and any other regional conferences if required.

Be the main point of contact for enquiries for the NUS Extra card.

Promote the NUS Extra card and organise activities to ensure top level sales throughout the year.

Circulate any documents from NUS to the relevant officers.

Ensure the NUS newsletter “The Loop” is available at each campus.

Maintain files on all NUS correspondence

Communicate information on upcoming events, conference etc, to the President and Student Liaison Officer at all times.

Liaise with SU Secretary to organise officers attending conferences.

Collate information on any NUS events and activities for the Student Newsletter and Student Union website.

Prepare your PTS&R with either the SLO/SU President to ensure that you can plan the year ahead and establish projects relating to your remit.
