Identity theft
Information is a valuable commodity.
Independent sources have recognised that students are a high risk group when it comes to leaking their personal information to others. Your personal information can be used and you may have to bear the brunt of any criminal actions. Proving your innocence is not always that easy.
Falkirk and District Community Safety Panel have donated a state of the art shredder for all Forth Valley College Students to use. It is situated in the Student centre in the Falkirk Campus. For more information and tips on how to avoid Identity Theft, please check out www.saferfalkirk.org.uk
