Curriculum and Quality is the Department responsible for undertaking student feedback using questionnaires. Currently there are two regular surveys undertaken at key points in the academic year: the Post-Entry Survey and the On-Course Survey.
The Post-Entry Survey gathers feedback from all full-time students on all campuses and this usually takes place at the beginning of November. Feedback is taken on students’ experiences of the college before registering and during the early part of their course.
The On-Course Survey gathers feedback from all students attending courses on all campuses regardless of their mode of attendance. This survey gathers feedback on various aspects of learning and teaching, assessment, equipment and materials.
Recent survey reports available:
In addition to the two main surveys, we also gather feedback from specific groups of learners, such as the school pupils from across the Forth Valley area who participate in college programmes. The report on their feedback for session 2007/08 has just been completed. Check it out! CC Report
