As part of the new staged Induction timetable, learners will be informed of the Class Rep role by the Learner Development Workers, Curriculum & Quality Leaders or Lecturers in week 3.
In order for us to get the Class Representatives trained early we will need all class reps voted into their role by the last week in September.
Could all Class Representative details be submitted to the Student Liaison Officer by Friday 26th September.
Class Representative Training needs to be confirmed but it will take place at all campuses W/B 20th of October.

New for 2008/2009
This year Class Representatives will be trained for a full day, Training will be provided by Student Participation in Quality Scotland (SPARQS) and also in- house staff. Class reps will also have training this year in minute taking and on how to co-facilitate a focus group.
This year we have also teamed up with the Volunteer centre in
Student Council
Class Representatives will be invited to attend Student Council (twice a year) which will be facilitated by the Student Union President. This will replace the Class Representative Meetings held previously.
