Requesting Additional Support
Who gives support?
How do I get support?
If there is any additional support you feel you might need whilst at College, you can refer yourself to the Learning Development Service by completing an Additional Support Requirements (ASR) Form (usually pink).
You can get these:
Once completed, you can hand it in to an Information Assistant at any Campus Reception, or you can hand it to a member of staff who will pass it on to the right people on your behalf.
If you wish, you can discuss your concerns with your tutor and they will link you to our service.
What happens next?
An appointment will be arranged for you to meet with a Learning Development Facilitator (LDF) and you will be sent a letter confirming the details. At the meeting, you will be asked to discuss your concerns and how you feel we could support you with your learning.
